The golf swing is stressful on the body and injury promoting. Being in better condition not only leads to lower scores but will also help prevent injuries.

Physical keys such as posture, balance, mobility, and stability assist in building a strong foundation for the golf swing. When paired with a strong foundation, various motion drills and practice methods will assist in developing an effective and powerful swing.
